For me capoeira is about unity of a universe of unique and different individuals and making everyone in the roda make their best possible contribution to the whole. Independent of your capacity, capoeira continuously presents new and different challenges and therefore also has a transformative power for me as an individual as for a group as a unity. I have always thought a very fascinating part of capoeira to be the wide variety of abilities capoeira asks and thus challenges us to develop.

Aritana is a playful capoeirista who really believes that capoeira is a hobby in a fashion that is what he does for passion, love, and enjoyment while keeping deep respect for the practice. He started capoeira back in Colombia in 1999.
